Where Do We Go for Healing?
Where do we turn when the rage begins to rise? When grief surrounds us like a boat adrift? When the sense of being lost feels overwhelmingly deep?
Many individuals are out there practising various healing modalities, and there are indeed numerous paths back to the centre of yourself, back to your own medicine. You must trust your journey to find it.
However, what I often observe is an interdependence on these practices or modalities—an addiction to healing or the idea of being healed. This addiction reflects a deeper narrative of seeing oneself as sick, unwhole, or unworthy, which in turn drives the need to seek healing outside of your own essence. This may stem from how these practices are framed or from your own interpretation of them. This isn't about finding blame but rather about heeding the call to awareness.
All healers and treatments, when aligned with your highest good, should guide you toward recognising your own capacity to heal yourself. They should inspire wonder at the divine connection within you and within the support systems you established before incarnating in this life.
I have asked for guidance to deepen my connection, and I invite you to do the same.
As you explore your path back to the medicine within, check in with how each practice feels for you—notice the sensations in your body.
What softens?
What opens?
What becomes clear?
Consider these questions:
Do I feel safe, nourished, and supported by the steps this practice offers?
Is this practice grounding? Does it gently reconnect my body with the reverence of the Great Mother Earth from which it came?
Am I deepening and expanding my connections to the divine within my embodied female experience?
What tools and steps am I learning to deepen my connection to my own medicine and power in daily life?
Most importantly, does this person reflect the medicine that resides within me?
If the answer is no, you might be caught in a loop of the "sickness story," and the invitation to step out of it is ever-present.
Without blame, welcome to the mystery and the healing that resides within you.
If you wish to explore this further, feel free to book a call.
Wishing you all the love as you answer your own call toward initiation—home to your female body and the eternal vastness within.
